Carolina Bethel

For the past five years, Caroline has specialized in tenant representation and landlord representation for both industrial

and office users across East Los Angeles, the San Gabriel Valley, Inland Empire, and South Bay regions. Her background emphasizes

transaction management for national portfolio accounts and a diverse group of manufacturing companies.

Caroline graduated from the University of Southern California with a bachelor’s degree in real estate development. Prior to joining Lee & Associates, she spent four years at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), where she gained in-depth experience in real estate transactions.
