For the past Thirty-Five (35) Years Jeff has specialized in the sale and leasing of industrial and investment properties in the East Los Angeles, San Gabriel Valley and Inland Empire Markets. Jeff currently represents multiple owners in the landlord representation of over 5,000,000 square feet of industrial properties.

Born and raised in Southern California, Jeff earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California at

Los Angeles.

Jeff, his wife Michele and children Katie, Caroline, John and Tommy reside in Newport Beach, where he enjoys all UCLA sporting events, as well as involvement as a Board Member of the Newport Hills Community Association.

For the past three (3) years, Bob has specialized in the sale and leasing of industrial and investment properties in the East Los Angeles, San Gabriel Valley, Inland Empire, and Orange County Markets. He has successfully executed both lease and sale transactions that exceed a combined Total Consideration Value of $48MM. In 2024, Bob was the Top Grossing Associate for the LA Central and SGV offices. He was a Rising Star Honoree across the Lee & Associates global network in 2025.

Bob earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kansas and a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California. Bob, his wife and two young children currently reside in Newport Beach.

For the past five years, Caroline has specialized in tenant representation and landlord representation for both industrial

and office users across East Los Angeles, the San Gabriel Valley, Inland Empire, and South Bay regions. Her background emphasizes

transaction management for national portfolio accounts and a diverse group of manufacturing companies.

Caroline graduated from the University of Southern California with a bachelor’s degree in real estate development. Prior to joining Lee & Associates, she spent four years at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), where she gained in-depth experience in real estate transactions.

For the past nine years, Katelyn has specialized in property management and leasing of industrial properties across Orange County, Los Angeles County, and the Inland Empire. Her deep knowledge of the Southern California commercial real estate market allows her to deliver tailored strategies that maximize asset value and drive long-term performance. As part of a full-service property management team, Katelyn contributes expertise across key areas including real estate-owned (REO) services, construction oversight, leasing, marketing, and day-to-day operations. The team’s proactive approach focuses on tenant satisfaction, vendor coordination, and operational efficiency—ensuring every property is managed with precision and care. Katelyn earned a bachelor’s degree from California State University, Long Beach, and currently resides in Orange, California, with her husband, James, and their daughters, Grace and Finley.



Kaitlyn supports the team's property management and leasing efforts across Los Angeles, Orange County and the Inland Empire. 

Prior to joining the industry, she managed overseas imports and supply chains for major apparel brands. Her background in logistics brings a unique perspective to industrial real estate, offering valuable insight into warehouse operations when working with both tenants and landlords. She is passionate about creating strong relationships and delivering exceptional service. 

Kaitlyn is a California State University Long Beach graduate with a degree in Marketing and currently resides in Costa Mesa with her husband and their dog.
