For the past three (3) years, Bob has specialized in the sale and leasing of industrial and investment properties in the East Los Angeles, San Gabriel Valley, Inland Empire, and Orange County Markets. He has successfully executed both lease and sale transactions that exceed a combined Total Consideration Value of $48MM. In 2024, Bob was the Top Grossing Associate for the LA Central and SGV offices. He was a Rising Star Honoree across the Lee & Associates global network in 2025.

Bob earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kansas and a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California. Bob, his wife and two young children currently reside in Newport Beach.
